
Today we mark almost a third of the time that leads up to Christmas, ´
– and it’s Wednesday.
Well done so far. How do you feel?
Are you relaxed or tired? Excited or feeling low?
Whatever it is, now is the time to do something, most of us were taught not to. At least not mid-work-week.
We tend to spoil others first, think we can have fun after work and if work doesn’t end that means never or when we are too tired or old to really enjoy it. Why not do something nice for yourself right now? It’s easier than you think.
Grab a pen and paper or open a document on your computer, make a list from 1 to 10, title: „10 things I love”
Here’s mine as an example (and these are only the things I dare to publish)
- watch a movie
- a long walk along the river
- ice cream in the morning
- listening to my favourite playlists
- a whole day in bed (try it, it’s fun)
- knitting
- cooking with my friends
- French pastry and strong coffee
- explore my music
- a massage
Write your list and then pick one and do it today!
