Trust yourself

Today I find myself doing a rehearsal for tonight, going through possible dialogues and situations, excited and a bit afraid at the same time.

I found I do that every time before a meeting that’s important to me.

I am rehearsing and over-thinking everything until I don’t feel good anymore.

So, today and tonight instead of rehearsing I’ll live from moment to moment and follow my impulses and my intuition.

To do that I relax my body by simply concentrating on my breath.
Breathing slowly and mindfully – and I am prepared to face any situation.
